In the past at a shop I worked for, there was a software to track customers inquiries for warranty claims.
It was unresponsive and too slow for interaction with a customer.
I decided to make a better system for tracking customers inquiries.
The tool programmed using PHP for the backend in 2022.
To make things simpler I used a premade theme for the frontend with small modifications made by me.
The software/website is ready for internal use by store owners and can be downloaded from Github.

In 2024 I've redeveloped the software from the ground up and improved it to MVC model.
