Virtual Project is a game I always wanted to develop since childhood.

The game was inspired by Club Penguin & Club Penguin Island.
The original Club Penguin was a flash game, in the game you were able to chat with other players, play games, move around the map and meet people.

I started developing the game in summer 2020, I was super hyped to develop the game since it always was my dream to develop virtual world game. And the hype was real because at that point I knew already how to develop multiplayer games. 

The development ended around the beginning of summer 2021, I was really satisfied with the game and the progress I've made and gained so many experience along the way. The main reason I stopped the development of the project is because of the low interest of this type of games nowdays. Because of that I decided to release it as a portfolio project and not as public game.

The game and server was hosted here on my website for a few years but recently I've open sourced it due to high maintenance costs.
